Salad dressings to make your salads more tasty

Antioxidants help us fight oxidative stress and the damage free radicals can cause to our cells. They are necessary to fight inflammation and to prevent cancer and other chronic diseases. To get enough antioxidants in your diet, you should be consuming about 6-10 cups of colorful vegetables and fruit every single day (more veggies than fruit). Some veggies and fruit should be eaten raw to get the most benefits so eating a fresh salad every day is a good idea. I’m sharing some recipes for salad dressings to make your salads more tasty. Store bought salad dressings often contain highly processed oils high in omega-6s that can be pro-inflammatory (unless you find one that doesn’t contain oils such as soybean oil, canola oil, corn oil, etc.).
